**please be sure to keep in mind that you're not confined to using 'happy haunting' for the base lettering. as long as you can keep it relatively short (base is 20"), i can do whatever. other examples are: happy halloween, ghosts and ghouls welcome, trick or treat, a haunting we will go, eat drink and be scary, etc. p.s...it's even more cute in person. ;)
