for ready made vinyl orders:
if you need/want to return your ready made order; you (the buyer) will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping fee. once product is received by me (the seller) and is found to be in the same condition in which it was originally shipped, the full purchase price (minus original shipping cost) will be refunded.
cancellations for ready made vinyl can be made up until order is shipped.
for custom vinyl orders:
the same policy applies for custom orders as for ready made orders with the exception of the refund amount. due to the time and effort i put into designing/creating the custom orders, only 50% of the original purchase price (minus original shipping cost) will be refunded.
cancellations on custom orders can be made up until the vinyl is ready to be cut. once vinyl is cut/prepared and ready to be shipped, it will then be treated as a return with the exception of shipping cost (which will also be refunded).
